In a pressure cooker add cleaned and chopped pumpkin greens.
Chop and clean brinjal, ridge gaurd, pumpkin, colaccasia, potato and keep in a bowl
Add all the chopped veggies to the greens, also add salt and little water
Cover and cook for a whistle. Let the pressure die naturally
Heat oil in a kadai and add red chili and allow to change colour
Now add panch phoran and allow to crackle
Then add the cooked veggies and allow to boil
When it reduces a bit add milk and sugar and mix. it's done
Serve this hot with rice
